What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your name and email address. This is handled through Formspree, a third-party form service.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, records no sessions, and does not build a profile of you across sites — there is nothing here that identifies you personally. We removed Microsoft Clarity in August 2026 precisely because it did the opposite of what this paragraph claimed.

How we use your data

Your name and email are used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use them for marketing without your explicit consent.

Why we are allowed to hold it

The legal basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), in its pre-contractual form: you asked us for a conversation, so we need your details to answer. We do not rely on consent, because consent can be withdrawn halfway through an engagement and that would leave us unable to finish the work you asked for.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete your details after twelve months — from Formspree and from our mailbox. Twelve months because a conversation about a stalled transformation often resumes a season or two later, and shorter would mean asking you to explain everything again. If it does lead to an engagement, the usual commercial and legal retention periods apply to that file.

Who else sees it

The contact form runs on Formspree, which processes submissions on our behalf as a processor. Nobody else receives your data. We do not sell it and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict what we do with it, or receive it in a portable form. You can object to processing. To use any of these, use the contact form — we answer within thirty days. If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels).

Governing law

This policy is governed by Belgian law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
