After years of watching the same pattern — a few people talk, everyone else disengages, decisions get made without real commitment — we decided to do something about it. We bring structured facilitation methods to teams that need every voice contributing, not just the loudest ones.

We work in English, Dutch, and French — people think differently in their own language. German is available through a partner facilitator in our network. Mostly in Europe, sometimes beyond.

Facilitator & Coach

15+ years facilitating in multinational environments. Early in his career, he noticed how often the people with the most useful perspectives stayed silent in conventional meetings. He has spent the years since building the conditions where that stops.

Facilitator & Coach

With 10 years of facilitation experience, he has seen what happens when people do not have a say: they stop trying. He builds sessions where people can be themselves, stay motivated, and discover that a better, more productive way of working exists. He has organised two Liberating Structures gatherings in Belgium and the Netherlands, and runs Open Space sessions for strategic challenges.
